Kankerzorg staat aan de vooravond van een nieuw tijdperk. Tijdens het jaarcongres van de SIO in Brussel deelde dr. Yassine Lalami, medisch oncoloog aan het Jules Bordet Instituut, zijn visie op de meest baanbrekende ontwikkelingen in de behandeling van solide tumoren. Zijn betoog was niet alleen rijk aan wetenschappelijke inzichten, maar werd ook doorspekt met persoonlijke observaties en praktijkvoorbeelden die direct relevant zijn voor oncologieverpleegkundigen.
